Machine was showing dF codes yesterday. Worked ok this morning but now will NOT blow WARM AIR.
No error codes showing.
Advice pls, and your nominated Service Engineer details.

I am in desperate need of some help with some equipment that we bought about 4 years ago. The model # is COU-48CNVR1. We are in desperate need of securing some condenser boards for that model. Lots of the units in the shopping complex are not working because of faulty boards.
Do you have the parts breakdown for that unit? I will like to find the exact parts and get them purchased as soon as possible.
Hoping that you can help. We are desperate at this time.

I need help to solve a problem on my central air conditioning DC inverter VRF System
I have 25 cassette type CMV indoor units, and 7 of them are malfunctioning and on the cassette display board is displayed “Timer lamp flash quickly”
Thank you in advance for directing me to a possible solution to the problem.
for information there are two outdoor units type CMV-V450W/ZR1-C "master-slave"

I bought some equipment a while ago.
It was for samples of buildings, which later did not go on sale
Those teams were put in apartments and they were working.
Now they have platelet problems, and the equipment on the market does not have the same platelets to repair them.
The non-working model is the 36,000 BTU CMV-V100 W / R1 with 3 indoor units, 18,000 BTU, 9000 BTU and 9000 BTU.
I send 14 photos, so you can see the platelets (there are 5) from what the technician told me.
From photo 1 to 11 are all the photos of the 5 platelets, photo 12 is the Outdoor Unit plate, photo 13 is what indicates the error of the 9000 BTU unit (E1) and photo 14 is what marks the 18,000 BTU indoor unit (C1)
I would need those platelets. I do not know if the 5, or one in particular. From what they told me, it is a matter of communication between the units.
Can you tell me what to do? I need to fix it since they are our clients.
Would I bring the platelets through FEDEX? Maybe bring more to have a spare.
